I bought Doc as a long yearling, started and finished him myself, and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute. He is just that kind of horse.
Easy going with a load of talent, it is just plain fun to ride one you know you can do anything on. He has spent his life as a ranch horse and handles all aspects of the job, but particularly excels at roping. Really cowy with a lot of run, rate and stop. I have also roped horses on him.
Been to town for the ranch rodeos and he took it all as just another day at the office.
Doc has a big motor but travels out smooth and steady and doesn't get chargey. Easy to ride; light in the mouth and off your feet.
At just 7 years old he is in the prime of his life and you can buy him confidently knowing you are going to have one to enjoy.
